What do you guys think of this check/raise on the flop? Should i bet more? Once i fail to steal the pot, check fold is ok?

Also, check/fold flop is ok too? What do you think its the best line here?

      Disgusting check raise.
Villian is some 37/3 fish, and would generally only be raising hands preflop which have 9's crushed.
I don't think villian folds often enough to make playing back profitable.

Check fold flop and pick a better spot.

no set, no bet if you dont have initiative pf.

When you c/r on NL2, they will call even with Jx, so your FE is zero.

You just call pf, so they dont believe your c/r postflop. On higher limits you might bluff someone out(representing a set) but on NL2 they dont care.

      Hi,

Agreed, this is a really bad spot to throw in a bluff. If you're behind you have almost no equity, that guy is bad enough that his small bet doesn't necessarily means weakness, you're out of position, deepstacked, and his preflop range is super tight so you're trying to make him fold like JJ+/AK+ on AJxr that's not gonna happen.

Just check/fold the flop, no reason to play fancy at nl2 and especially not in such a bad situation for your hand.

      Hope it helps.
