      You certainly can because you never know what people can call with sometimes, but you really don't have to. Most 19/16 won't call that 3bet even in position without anything less than KQs/AQ/88-JJ, a range against which you'll make every better hand call or raise and every worse hand fold on that board. I'd check behind more often than not.

      On the turn it's a mandatory shove you can't be afraid of the flushdraw, he could still have a number of two pairs hands / sets that he'll have trouble folding getting 2:1 (and most likely will end up calling with).
