$0.25/$0.5 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

Known players:
MP2:
$88.40
MP3:
$54.45
CO(Hero):
$50.00
BU:
$50.00
SB:
$50.00
BB:
$36.10

Preflop: Hero is CO with 8, Q.
2 folds, Hero raises to $2.00, 2 folds, BB calls $1.50.

Flop: ($4.25) 4, 8, 4 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $3.00, BB raises to $7.00, Hero ??

Let's say I call, and turn is Q, BB checks...is it way ahead way behind?

Villain seems loose passive preflop and aggressive postflop after a few hands.

mostly he is c/r there with 8x hand, so I´m happy to 3-bet flop to 18$ and get all-in A8+. Q8 is a little difficult, since you could be there behind against A8, K8. So I´d take passive approach and call flop, call turn and hope river goes check-check
When you´re hitting two pair I´m not folding there for 70bb on paired board, so I´m happy to b/c turn
