UTG+1 was playing very aggressively and I thought he might have just the draw. That's why I called him after his reraise. Is this correct or no?

Same situation as before but this time 2 players are in the pot. I again make a potsize bet after hitting the King. Should I have been more cautious with more players in the pot?
