      He could have a pair on the flop because its dry and prob wont fold on turn but you never know. I have OC's and gutshot.

      Your FE has a huge influence on whether this move is ev+. Shortstacks feel commited much more faster bigstacks . Those guys will take their one pair hands to SD quite often. Since he called your bet on the dry board on the flop, it's more likely he has made hand rahter then a draw.
      I also like checking to him since he passive and we might get a free look at the river.
      All in all I'd c/f turn.

      So I like shove
