      Flop isn't a mandatory c-bet by any means but after isolating and being out of position it's fine to take a stab at the pot that way.

      Turn isn't the ideal card to barrel, you won't have a J as often as a K or an A, but most tags will still fold lower one pair hands by default to continued aggression on a high card, so it's okay too.

      As for the river imo a 18/14 won't have very much pocket pairs left at this point unless he's unusually stubborn, the turn bet should be enough to take care of that. So i'd just give it up at this point especially if you're not going to shove, with those odds it's doubtful you can make him fold anything he called the turn with.
