He's 3betting somewhat often, made it really small and he seems very cally altogether, it's fair to assume he might call a 4bet with worse hands so 4bet/folding is a possibility if you can handle it correctly postflop. To stay out of troubles tho, seeing a flop is probably you best option.

On the turn it's like you suddenly forgot you were trying to keep the pot small against a sorta maniacal guy, so unless you feel like TPTK is good enough to warrant inducing bluff raises from him, i'd just c/c again to let him bluff and not put myself in a shit spot out of position.

As played if you were trying to induce you likely can't fold that river to him ever, tho it's difficult to say without having played with him. After 277 hands you should have a fair idea of what his postflop play is like yourself. Does he minraise air ? Can he follow it up? Would he minraise Ax for value too ? Does he go into slowplay mode when he has a huge hand ? What is a huge hand to him ? You're likely able to make an educated guess on that and choose your line accordingly, but unless the betsizing spooked you somehow (like he'd pot it as a bluff and you know it or something) i wouldn't fold that river to a 70/26/3.

      Hope it helps.
