      If he steal%/fold to 3bet% are high it's fine, but with such a gap between vpip and pfr my first impression would be that he must call 3bets decently often, so i'd just refrain from restealing a hand with such bad postflop playability.

      Postflop you can likely c-bet a bit less to save money given how dry the board is, and for that reason once he calls without some kind of idea of what he's peeling the flop with in a 3bet pot check/folding the turn is probably the safest option.
