Should I just c/raise the River? I was a bit doubtful if he would bet river but Villain is strong due his Turnraise right? he played like 44/32 in 38 hands

I think it's dangerous to slowplay the flop. We can bet for value, protection and information. For me, donkbet $1.75/call flop, try to get it in on the turn. I like donkbet because it can be useful image against these guys when you have pp underpair later e.g. and don't have much chance of improving.

      I´d 3-bet pf
c/c him down ui is fine if he bets on the flop
b/c turn is fine and since flushdraw completed he might check back some hands so i think leading out seems fine
