      Think you should have reraised preflop as you was in SB and fold if he 3bet you.

      On flop he re-raised 1/2 pot which may be sign of weakness should have reraised him 3x and if he 3bet fold.

      On turn - Another sign of weakness he raise 1/4 pot raised and scare him off or fold.

      On the river - too late to scare him off pot maybe he complete his draws.And the bet was too low to fold.

      I would prefer 3-bet pf, since it is hard to play your hand oop
      If you decide to call,t hen c/c flop, lead turn is one option to put pressure him and if you have best hand then get value for draws and weaker hands
      I prefer c/f river or calling small bet instead of leading small, since I doubt he folds better hands or is calling with worse ones
