Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)

      Known players:
      SB:
      $10.21
      BB:
      $10.00
      MP3(Hero):
      $10.00
      CO:
      $10.76
      BU:
      $10.59

      Preflop: Hero is MP3 with K, K.
Hero raises to $0.40, CO calls $0.40, 3 folds.

      Flop: ($0.95) 4, J, J (2 players)
Hero bets $0.60, CO raises to $1.20, Hero calls $0.60.

      Turn: ($3.35) 8 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $1.60, Hero calls $1.60.

      River: ($6.55) 5 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $7.56, Hero folds, CO gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $6.55.

I think reraising to about $3 on the flop and folding to a shove is a better line.

the way you played is perfectly fine
I wouldn´t turn KK into bluff and re-raise flop to 3$ and then fold to shove, since he can shove with worse hands, like QQ or just making some kind of move
b/c flop, c/c turn and evaluating river is better line
