      Villain is LAGgy, but few hands - seemed like a standard steal, and the raise on the flop seemed so routine...everyone seems to raise contibets on NL50 in position.

      that´s the problem if you 3-bet QT and hit top pair on drawy board- you likely have to go with your hand
      So for that reasons my line is most of the times just fold pf.
      I think you can also maybe try c/c flop and decide on the turn if you want to go with your hand, although bet/shove is also ok
