      it is a lot of times draw, but also some players would shove set/two pair to avoid suckouts, so i think fold is a little better than call

      I used to make this call all the time at Pacific Poker, unless it was against an opponent with whom I had history.

      I don't see this play much at P-stars, but I used to find it profitable to call here at Pacific, even in the 50c games. Often it was a pocket pair that missed the flop.

      Actually, I made this call the other day at pstars, only I did it with middle pair and flushdraw, I was against an underpair that sucked out on the river, so that's not really what you'd call profitable... but it was +ev :f_p:

      he had set of eights :( At the table this looked more like draw and there are OESD + FD's possible.
