We had history which makes sense IMO- 3 orbits in row he was opening from BTN, I had good hands and always 3bet him- 2 times he folded and now a call. So I decided that this is a good spot to make him think that I'm giving up after he's calling PF and check/raise. Should I just bet flop somewhere to 5 and shove turn? As played what to do on river?

if you think he´d mess around that board then bet/shove is a little better than c/r, since players sometimes would raise with air on that board, thinking you can fold your air or lower pp-s
I´d call river, since I´d expect him to lead out flop with flushdraw and raise turn with set, so you should be ahead enough times to c/c river
