      Either bet/fold or bet/call the turn depending on whether you think CO can have worse two pairs in his range for going broke. Namely, would he raise the flop or not with something like QT, and if you think he wouldn't, is he dumb enough to shove the turn into a range of Jx hands.

      Against reasonable opponents it's a bet/fold, against bad players with the dead money you can bet/call it if you think they're bad enough to have worse.

      As played on the river even with those odds it's likely a fold, i doubt anybody is betting anything short of a boat or Jx at that point.
