I'm trying a more aggresive aproach lately so i decided for a semibluff on the turn,it's this a good spot given the fact that he seems so nitty? And should i try another barrel on the river? i'm pretty shure he folds everything besides K and AQ (which he would of bet on the river i think because i wasn't too agresive on the table)

if you like making moves, then raising flop seems like a better idea, because then he should fold most of his hands that doesn´t have kx+ better hands, although since he is so tight, even fold might be fine on the flop
I´d prefer calling turn, instead of raising, since if he bets again, then he likely has there at least KQ+a nd most of the times he doesn´t fold that to raise.
check back river is better, he would also sometimes go to b/c turn with set and he doesn´t fold there Kx
