I didn't raise flop as I was afraid of sets that he decide to play fast on this drawy flop and 3handed. So is call flop call turn and fold river ok?

What if :diamond: hits on the river and he is shoving?

I think there is nothing wrong raising on the flop and get all-in, makes your hand easier to play.
Even if river is blank he´d likely would often shove there, so I think I like shove or fold a lot more on the turn, since you´re likely folding anyway if river is diamond and he shoves

no offense man, but you seem like afraid to stick it in tbh. Folding top 2 pair, folding bottom 2, def, raising this flop, you will be called by FD JJ, TT,99, AK etc etc.
