      I'm fine with your play, you're deep and you have position with 2 overs and a gutshot to the nuts, good floating spot unless you abuse them against competent opponents (which he isn't, so no worries). Plus his c-bet is small, which makes it cheap for you.

      When you hit top pair and he continues to bet small i'd say it's a mandatory call down unless he shoves the river or something.

      Make a note on him that he c-bets board people wouldn't usually bother with, and can continue to bluff cheaply for 3 streets. Then keep an eye open for bigger bets in the future
