BU is 22/20/2.0 33ATS after about 40 hands. Folding to most 3bets and cold calling QQ on BU earlier to CO raise.

      $0.25/$0.5 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:

Preflop: Hero is BB with K, A.
3 folds, BU raises to $2.00, SB folds, Hero raises to $6.50, BU calls $4.50.

      Flop: ($13.25) 3, 5, J (2 players)
Hero bets $10.00, BU calls $10.00.

      Turn: ($33.25) Q (2 players)
      Hero checks, BU checks.

      River: ($33.25) J (2 players)
Hero bets $16.00, BU folds, Hero gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $33.25.

Figure he didn't 4 bet preflop so no AA, KK, doesn't bet the turn... I can't just give up the river, is it bet fold? I didn't like checking the flop, I'd prob. have to fold or call down 2 or 3 bets.

I would shove turn, unless he has set, he is likely going to fold his Jx hand and all his low pp-s
River "valuebet" is fine, he´d still fold often low pp-s and only calling/shoving Jx, Qx or set
