      Without some kind of read hard to tell what's best. If he's not even positionally aware he could be making this small 3bet with lowly pocket pairs, premiums, random trash hands. I assume you called because you think he has enough worse hands in his range, because if you think he's strong there then there is no point in you calling most of the time, you'll have to fold when you miss, and when you hit TT-QQ will go away but you will get stacked by KK+ every single time, so getting it in preflop is often better especially 3-way.

      If that's the case then you know very well you can't give up top two pairs when he could have stuff like AT-AQ/KT/draws, so call him down and accept your losses when he shows top set.
