Is the turn raise size okay (i bet big because he was a calling station)? Also is it a mistake to fold, when I raised the turn he insta called the bet then bet pot So i thought he must have a flush or atleast a higher straight if possible!?!?

With a double gutshot and backdoor flushdraw I would cbet that flop.
      Turn raise is ok.
On the river I would bet around 5$ if he's a station and fold to a raise.

I'd also c-bet the flop, even stations fold sometimes and this board should miss them a decent amount if they're playing with a high vpip. It also builds the pot for when we hit something decent.

As played it's fine until the river. His range on the river is flushes, straights, two pairs, 9x. If you bet that player likely won't raise anything but a flush there, but he'll call with everything else if you make it cheap, so you can get value from worse hands while buying a cheaper showdown than if you check to him letting the bet size at his appreciation. Around $4-$5 is fine.

      Hope it helps.
