      Seriously, there is no such program.
      You can hire a coach who will analyze your play and speak to you about plugging the leaks he found, or you can search HEM for the pots where you either won a large amount, or lost a large amount; before analyzing the hand itself to see what you did which you shouldn't have done, and what you should've done instead.

      Generally speaking the biggest mistakes are the ones made in bigger pots so..

      HEM as a leakbuster thingy that looks at your stats and lets you know if you have a potential leak, a small leak were you are missing out on +EV situations or a large one that is costing you money.

      Actually there is something like that. It's not exactly software, it's called "hand evaluation forums" :D .

      Besides that there is no software like that. And i think it's almost impossible to write one (if it was possible there would be pokerbots out there).

      What you can do is post hands and try to improve your game the classic way.
      There are also lots of helpful videos on pokerstrategy.com.
