Very strange line in my opinion.

I doubt you have enough equity to reraise unless you have some serious reads he folds way too often.

I guess the limp is ok but I prefer to have 2 limpers before me usually.

I think it is very marginal, but my thought were this:

Dead money in the pot + FE with me c/r all in may set off some alarms. With his bet size i put him on 2 overcards, where i would be a slight favorite. I think with medium pocket pair he would limp, and with high pocket pair he would raise 1,5 - 2 $

i would fold to the button raise . its likely u are behind more often than not. it is stats dependent but why no stats?

      stats please.
looks like you have some serious reads on this guy.
every decent player will know what you have there 99% of time.I don't think you ever overlimp AA,KK in CO?

I had stats, but dont think i used them. The only reason for my play is with my FE and probability he has 2 overcards i have +EV. Betting 3 dollar in an unraise pot seems more likely too try to scare some sense into all the limper than for value. It seems more like AJ+, K10+ etc.

Limping is not horrible, but after the raise this is an easy fold. You have little to no fold equity and even if he is a loose maniac raising 40% of his hands here (any pair, any ace, most kings, a lot of queens etc. ie. CRAP) you are still BEHIND against this range with your pocket pair. Super easy fold.

      No Statistics?

I'd fold preflop since limping sucks. I prefer isolating over limping if we play this game without statistics

Ya don't check/r but u limp/raise and there is only 1bb as DeadMoney so limp/fold gives u the best EV
