      I'd pot the flop myself without a read that BU is very aggro since i don't expect either of these limping guys to be strong here but i do think they'll call a bet with overcards gutshots and stuff, as well as Tx and pocket pairs obviously.

      Your line is fine if you rely on him doing the betting, which you shouldn't do by default imo. Whether you want to raise it up on the way depends on what you think he has and what he'll fold to a raise, since he probably doesn't have squat i'd say it's fine to c/c twice. On the river either he has Tx+ or he doesn't, i'm not sure he'd call with anything else there against this line, so i'd be tempted to make it bigger like $2.5 because i don't expect him to ever fold Tx+.
