      I think you should have asked this question on turn. I think he is able to 3bet pre flop with TT+, AK and this is what PokerStove gave me:
      Hand 0: 64.329% 63.36% 00.97% 1143 17.50 { QhQs }
      Hand 1: 35.671% 34.70% 00.97% 626 17.50 { TT+, AKs, AKo }

      So if you decide to go broke on turn, you have:
      $31+$20 in pot already = $51
      you'll invest your remaining $38 to win $68 which is 1:1.8

      Hard to say whether he is able to 2nd barrel with AK unimproved, but even with just TT+ range you are slight favorite and can call or shove turn IMO.

      I do not think you can fold on river anymore.

      Hope I'm not missing something. Feel free to correct me. :-)

      don´t think you can get away your hand on the flop, so my line would be raise to 20$ to induce shove from worse hands and if get called then shove at any turn card

      would you re-raise pre-flop?

      do you always try get all in with QQ 6 max?
      I seem to be loosing money with the ladies and always up against KK and AA and AK.

      Is mainly depends on villains 3bet pf %. Against a 13/11 nit with low 3bet % flatting is better since 4betting will make him fold worser hands and will isolate you against his top of his range which is usually KK+ with those type of tight players.
