      Hi,


      Really depends on the player.

      If he's fishy just jam and be happy with it, you'll see there top pairs with some kind of gutshot often and even if you're being you still have some outs.

      If he's a tag this is really scary, few of them will actually raise those top pair + gutshot hands in that spot. JJ-QQ are possible if he figures he has fold equity with a likely 6 outer and has a hard time letting go, but most of them will also just call once with those hands. 99-TT fit the betting best, maybe KK+ if he was trying to keep the fish in the pot too. If you've seen him around a bit and you respect his game you can fold, if you have doubt then stack-off and use the showdown to make better decisions against him in the future.
