      I'd probably just make it 2/3 on both the flop and the turn since it's still kinda drawy, bad players will stick around with flushdraws, broadways gutshots and Jx, probably until the river.

      On the river his range is mostly stubborn Jx hands, busted draws and the occasional worse Ax. He's never folding Ax, he's probably always folding Jx and he's always folding busted draws. So without a read that he'll try to bluff busted draw when you check in which case you can just check/jam on him, i think betting big to ensure you get maximum value when he has Ax is fine.
