      I'd c-bet the flop a bit bigger like $0.55 if i did bet, tho you can also check it back and try to see a showdown.

      On the river he shows strength with his bet and you're behind a few hands like AJ/AK/33/99/JJ/KK/AA/QT, all of which are somewhat possible since he's a fishy halfstacker and probably slowplay happy like most of them. I think the river raise is a lot thinner then it seems at first glance. If you still think he's capable of going broke with any Ax and worse two pairs there after peeling the flop with overcards or something it's likely fine, but i wouldn't hate just flatting there either since a raise looks strong as hell.
