It seems that we need to repeat it from time to time:

calling a 4bet OOP 100bb deep is bad

(unless you either trapping or have a good read that he is bluffing. tho it's still sucks to play a mediocre PP OOP )

      About your questions:

Originally posted by justkyle88do I just push/fold PF?
Push is your worser option, only worser hand he would call with is AK.
folding seems better against an NL25 TAG, his 4bet range has you crashed.

      As played preflop:

      Should I bet/fold flop?
I doubt he will fold better hands on that board (Even TT-JJ are likely to peel one street)

      and if i get called check/fold turn-river?
Yeah you c/f unless you want to turn your hand into a bluff and you think he will fold TT-QQ to anther bet.

And can I call this river bet?
On the river our hand turned into a bluff catcher, if you think he can bluff there (or might even do stupid thing and bet 88 for value) call, but again I doubt he will bluff there often enough.

It all comes back to your pf decision - It's one of the best boards for 99 but you still hate your hand... So give some good thought before you are calling a 4bet OOP.

      Good Luck.

unless you have reads that player is 4-bet bluffing pf then it should be fold if you think he may bluff then shove is better than call
don´t expect him to bluff river like with AQ, so I think c/f river is better
