      You can bet turn and then hope river goes c/c, since that way you seem to have more top pair hand that would c/c river and people are not likely bet themselves as often as a bluff
      really not sure he is valuebetting there worse hands,s o c/f seems a little better option, unless he shows that he can bluff there. Against loose passive player calldown is also ok, since he´d likely peal flop with any gutshot and now maybe bluffing river
