      You likely don't need to c-bet that big on the flop, it's not THAT drawy and according to your read your opponent isn't just some loose passive fish who'll call anything, so 2/3 is already plenty.

      A tag minraising the flop is just gross tho, so either he really is some sort of tag and he has a set when he fires the turn huge again, or he's just some fish with decent looking stats and he can do that randomly with just Ax/K9/a draw meaning you probably can't fold top two pairs to him ever. When in doubt i'd probably play it like you did, but i wouldn't like it.
