Whenever I start a session and get a bad beat I always tell myself that my luck will turn around so I keep playing (not tilt), but it never seems to turn around unless I just get off and try again later, I think from now on if I get down 3BI's from bad beats im just going to get off because it really gets ridiculous. Here are some of my hands from my 30 minute session today where I lost $15 (NL10). Have fun reading my bad beats.

If u keep getting it in good then variance will pull it back around

For instance today ive lost ~$15 playing NL 5 BSS simply by this variance...
flopped set of 10's, got it all in on the flop vs KK, K river.
flopped set of J's, all in on turn vs set 8's, 8 river.
all in pre AA vs KK, flopped a set of aces, running flush cards.

Of course I was angry, but i took a breather for a bit, and am working on pulling it back.

Just keep playing your cards and opponents right.

Not trying to be hostile, but All-in with AJ on that board is just bad. Hardly any of those are really bad beats, you are overplaying your hands. t sounds harsh but really, a pair is not often good all-in.

these types of things are standard just keep playing correctly and the money will be soon to follow... poker is a luck based game so sometimes we feel we are unluckybut most people don't remember the times when they are getting lucky

I played both AJ hands correctly according to SSS. Your supposed to try to go all in with top pair top kicker.

Those beats are standard, you want them to call you with such hands. It is where our profit comes from :s_cool:

Yup, embrace your bad beats, threat them like an investment in future profit, play a lot and it is sure to turn your way sooner or later.

Since when is a Jack top kicker? Aces and Kings are top ticker. Queen is like middle and Jack is going to get beat by anyone with a real kicker ...
