[NL20-NL50] NL50 more delayed contibet problems

Turn gave me a gutshot, so I thought I'd semibluff it.

I don't understand what I'm trying to do with this delayed contibet. PP that check the flop aren't going to fold often, and I'm just folding out unpaired hands that I'm beating at the moment. This is also the wrong board for such a move, since it's so wet?

Hand converted with online hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.25/$0.5 No-Limit Hold'em (7 handed)

      Known players:

      Preflop: Hero is MP2 with J, A.
MP1 folds, Hero raises to $2.00, MP3 folds, CO calls $2.00, 3 folds.

      Flop: ($4.75) 2, 3, 9 (2 players)
      Hero checks, CO checks.

      Turn: ($4.75) 4 (2 players)
Hero bets $3.00, CO calls $3.00.

      River: ($10.75) T (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $9.00, Hero folds, CO gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $10.75.

I would close to 90% c-bet with that board, since I doubt you cans tart c/c him down with A high.
Most of the times players would fold and even if they call you can barrel turn and river to fold some lower pp-s
Likely turn bet is fine, but now it is hard you to represent anything, so maybe better line would be c/c turn and hope river goes c/c
