I know this looks tight and it's a minraise, but this guy's button steal was 4% in 1.4k hands (4% out of 46 possible steal situations) - I can't see myself being ahead in this situation..

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.5/$1 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

      Known players:
      UTG2:
      $18.50
      MP1:
      $16.40
      MP2:
      $55.55
      MP3:
      $192.15
      CO:
      $91.50
      BU:
      $99.50
      SB:
      $20.00
      BB(Hero):
      $20.10
      UTG1:
      $13.85

Preflop: Hero is BB with J, A.
6 folds, BU raises to $2.00, 2 folds, BU gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $1.5.

That's pretty weird, what are his vpip/pfr?

AJ is certainly not good agianst 4% range, but if his pfr is something like 7%+, then there is something wrong with this BTN OR %, variance is still possible in 46 situations I think.

      Hey WildBeans,

I resteal shove this one and make a note.

What are villain's other stats? (VPIP, PFR, ATS, limp late position)

Imo, 4% steal BU isn't realistic, it's either variance which is still possible or he doesn't like to steal unless situation is very good and 2 short stacks in the blinds is very good situation, so, he might minraise steal just for this reason.

      Regards,
