      I'm not sure about the river, but since he hadn't shown much aggression in previous hands I decided to fold.

      I think check/folding is really bad there, that guy could have a busted club draw or any K, he's playing 67% of all hands.. If i could somehow put him on a club draw and thought he was aggressive enough to bluff with it i'd check/call the river, but as a default i think you just have to shove the river yourself because he probably can't let go of a top pair and you beat a lot of those.
