Should i 4bet pre? and what to do if he 5bets? i dont wanna play for 250bb with AKo so i would have to 4bet fold. checked turn to try and let him bluff the river but then i felt that hands like QJ, KQ are a big part of his range. i tanked in the end.

I´d bet turn for value and take my free showdown.
You get value so many worse Ax/Jx hands and I dopn´t think he is almost never going to c/rai with worse hands
If you don´t feel comfortable b/f turn, then check behind is ok and then call river bet
Calling pf is ok, you don´t have to go 4-bet and then decide what you want to do if you get 5-bet.
