I have a question, thats been on my mind few days now.
Lets say I am BU and AK, preflop raise 4x one call (regular, also BSS), flop comes i hit ace, he bets half the pot, I reraise 3x and he goes all in.

Lately this has happened a lot to me. I mean, if I have to fold my AK on the flop most of the times, wheres the point??

Wrong forum to post this in.

Need much more info. What limit are you playing on? BSS? Texture and cards on the flop?

Helpful if you can post some hands.

But generally at microlimits, it's a snap call all in.

As michaelqian said it's probably different for every limit every poker site every flop texture, i personally never really witnessed that line being used often by a regular, mostly by aggro fish and it's usually a garbage 'i'm representing the A go away!!!' line. Guy just shoved 39o into me on A26r using that line tonight, how about that..

At first glance tho, your regulars seem pretty cool, just call it off when in doubt and figure out what the hell they're doing, then exploit it :D

If you want to post hand histories we'll try and get a better idea of what they're doing and why.

      Hope it helps.
