      Hi,

87o has decent value in position, it's good enough for me to raise over a SB limp and take it down either preflop or with a c-bet on most flops.

As played it's fine up to the river, where you're calling off 98bb to win half of 4bb, which is just a losing proposition imo. Yes you're often splitting, but if it turns out he has J8/KJ somehow this one time it's a huge loss hoping for a small profit, it's just not worth it.

      Hope it helps.
