      1. buy in for 100bb

      2. reraise the flop. or even donk bet it (around 2.00) as he wont put you on a set if you do and he might try to make a move.

      3. bet the turn

      4. bet more on the river to make it look like you are buying it. this stinks of value bet.

      sometimes i even shove the river and get marginal hands calling me because they think im bluffing.

      I think 99bb is also fine amount to buy in
      Don´t really him to continue bluffing too many times, so I think c/r flop to 5$ is a little better option than c/c flop and then go to c/r turn
      This way you can continue betting on the turn and he don´t get free card
