      River... just check behind.

      Your trying to use metagame in a marginal spot for 70$ with the pot only being 50$ here. Seems like a big gamble, I would try to wait for a better spot for this.

      Yes thats what I ment.

      You purposely bet so low that he pushes it in, can see that.. and hence you have to call because you wanted this to happen.

      However your note says that he c/r with the nuts. So given this situation would he not c/r with the nuts too? Or does he know that you know that he will only c/r with nuts and hence thinks you will fold to that.

      Because you see he also knows that your bet is designed so taht he pushes.

      Hence everything looks like a huge meta game to me and the decision is not that straight forward. I would avoid this at this spot thats all, I would do it with a stronger holding.

      if you´re betting river to induce shove then it is fine play.
      but being deep it is also ok play just to check back and take your free showdown. Don´t think he c/c river too many times with worse hands
