      Hi all

Not sure about flop play, please advise. Villain is 57/7/2 over 40 hands.

      Thanks a lot

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.02/$0.05 No-Limit Hold'em (7 handed)

      Known players:
      CO(Hero):
      $5.00
      BU:
      $2.49
      SB:
      $3.08
      BB:
      $4.78
      MP1:
      $1.71
      MP2:
      $13.66
      MP3:
      $5.00

Preflop: Hero is CO with T, T.
MP1 folds, MP2 raises to $0.15, MP3 folds, Hero raises to $0.60, BU folds, SB calls $0.58, BB folds, MP2 calls $0.45.

      Flop: ($1.85) 6, 3, 5 (3 players)
SB checks, MP2 bets $0.70, Hero raises to $2.80, SB folds, MP2 raises to $6.90, Hero calls $1.60.

Based on villain's stats I thought he was lose enough to justify going broke with an overpair, but I think I shouldn't have solely made this decision based on the stats as it's only 40 hands.

      Turn: ($13.15) Q (0 players)
      Hero gets uncalled bet back.

      River: ($13.15) 7 (0 players)
      Hero gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $11.55.

No need to advise on this one, just a rant.....here goes another stack......

      Hi,

That's the problem with 3betting TT preflop, you can't get away from it on such boards and yet since this guy apparently doesn't raise often, he still has all the better overpairs in his range when you see a flop. Because it's a small sample i don't mind the play, but usually you'll get yourself into less trouble if you just see a flop in position against people with a low pfr with hands like TT.

@second hand: harsh. Tho i've seen a guy get AA cracked by AK that flopped quads all-in preflop, so don't worry, shit happens to everyone ;)

      Hope it helps.
