      Hard to say, really depends on villain.

      Tags shouldn't be c-betting with garbage there too often since it's a pretty bad texture for a standard MP range and a pretty good range for a standard CO calling range. You'll get called or shoved on only by ranges against which you have poor equity, so it's basically an information raise that turns your 99 into a bluff. It can be fine against very aggressive players if you really think they have nothing but are worried you'll get barreled off your hand by just calling, but i think you're better off calling in position against most tags.

      Bad players will be c-betting very diverse hands there tho i'm not sure what worse hands they're call a raise with, probably draws and Tx so it might be a bit thin but certainly okay. You'll likely have to bet the turn again against draws if he calls and suck it up when he shows Tx at showdown tho.

      Against complete unknowns it's kind of a middling play, hard to fault it hard to like it.
