      I think it's okay, tho given his stack size you might want to try and get him all-in on the turn. On the flop he'll likely take that line with a draw or a weak pair, he might fold a weakish pair to a bigger raise or he might not, but he probably won't fold a draw ever, and if he somehow has Qx he's not going anywhere either. So i'd just about pot raise the flop to be able to shove the turn for nearly a pot size bet. That way he wants to see his club on the river you get all his stack.
