      0.02/$0.05 No-Limit Hold'em (7 handed)

      Known players:
      CO = ($4.66)
      BU = ($11.93)
      SB = ($10.55)
      BB(Hero) = ($4.96)
      MP1 = ($5.31)
      MP2 = ($11.15)
      MP3 = ($5.92)

      Preflop: Hero is BB with J, J.
      MP1 folds, MP2 calls $0.05, 3 folds, SB calls $0.03, Hero raises to $0.25, MP2 calls $0.20, SB calls $0.20.

      Flop: ($0.75) 9, 4, 3 (3 players)
      SB bets $0.05, Hero raises to $0.55, MP2 calls $0.55, SB folds.

      Turn: ($1.9) 9 (2 players)
      Hero bets $1.00, MP2 calls $1.00.

      River: ($3.9) 7 (2 players)
      Hero checks, MP2 bets $9.35(All-In)

      I was probably supposed to value bet on river. But if he would still go all in, what to do ?

      Hi,

      Hard to say without the suits, if the board came rainbow then the 9 turn is a rather horrible card for you since his range for calling the flop will mostly be 9x / pocket pairs / overcards / 65 / A5-A2, and when he calls the turn again it's increasingly likely he has 9x unless he's a calling station.

      I rather like your line unless there is a flushdraw on board, in which case you're probably forced to bet more on the flop, more on the turn, and check/call the river if there is any chance he can bluff busted draws.

      Hope it helps.
