      yea i would make a cbet on this board.
      he has fold to cbet over 50% so why not cbetting this flop ?
      i would bet like 9$ on this flop and check the hand down if he calls.
      as played i think a delayed cbet on the turn would still make sense.
      as played i also fold to the river bet.
      i dont think you are ahead in 25% of the time here once he bet the river.
      so i`d fold

      I also like c-bet, since fishes likely would play straight forward in 3 bet pots and often he'd just c/f if he is missed his set or overcards that has equity against your hand.
