      It doesn't usually take this long, I would guess that customer support have probably asked you for ID documentation either by email or a support ticket.

      Please check as the starting capital cannot be processed until the ID check has been completed.

      Hello,

      I passed quiz ~3-4days ago. I filled form, choosed Cake Poker room, registered in it, created real money account, entered nickname in your website. But still didn't get any money to Cake Poker account :/

      Also no one asked me ID documentation.
      My Cake Poker sceen name is: mrlz777

      Also here in step 3 is written:

      The checkmark just indicates that you have entered your player name. As long as it has been entered correctly there shouldn't be a problem.

      Please be patient waiting for the starting capital, it can take a few days.

      Keep checking your emails and the support tickets in case the support team try to contact you for an ID check or further information.
