      Can I have some opininions one this one? Is better check/raise the flop or bet/call?

      c/rai is likely better option than bet/call, since then he would likely fold his Ax hands without flushdraw. If you check then he might take stab with no showdown hands and since board is drawy then he isn´t folding any overpair, also he´d call with high flushdraws.
