      Since he didnt cbet i often see him having overcards here or some draw maybe... I was surprised by his check/minraise.. Looks weird but maybe he was "testing my hand".. I dont like giving it up right on the flop so i call.. The flush comes and he fires again.. Is it worth continuing?

      I would prefer 3-bet that hand pf.
      Since you decided to play it passive I think your hand looks a lot weaker to your oppoennt and he can often c/r flop with flushdraw or 9x/TT
      So I would shove flop thinking I´m ahead enough times.
