I'd call turn and re-evaluate on the river.

If when you bet the flop your intention was to fold the turn in the face of any pot-sizish turn bet then you would have been better off checking the flop.

Does this villain never float? You have something like 70% equity on the turn versus 22-TT.

Does this villain never limp KJ,KT? Without reads you must take account of this possibility.

      My opinion.

I would also call the turn and reevaluate on the river. KQ is a good hand on that board! And his line call flop/donk turn doesnt mean that he has a monster.
