      It's tough knowing nothing about him, but most of the time when people who don't look completely insane overbet at microstakes it won't be a bluff very often. Occasionally you'll see a bad player randomly overbetting with a hand that doesn't make any sense at all, sometimes you'll find a good tag who's overbetting with another TPNK to take you off a chop, but more often than not i'd just go away.

      As for the turn now that you know this player can do that you should be more likely to bet the turn again planning to check back the river or look up his overbet sometimes if you run into that line often.
